Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Order Processing

Orders can be cancelled only before they are prepared or dispatched.

Cancellation requests must be made immediately by contacting us via phone or email.

Once preparation has started, cancellation is not permitted.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

This is due to hygiene, food safety, and quality control reasons.
Refund Policy
1. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refund Processing

Delivery Failure & Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, no refund will be issued.

Festival & Bulk Orders

Orders placed during festivals (Diwali, Uttarayan, Holi, Raksha Bandhan, etc.) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.

Bulk or corporate orders require advance confirmation and are non-refundable once production begins.
Hygiene & Food Safety Clause
Due to FSSAI regulations and hygiene standards, returned food items cannot be re-used or re-sold. Hence, refunds are strictly controlled to ensure consumer safety.
